Mr. Rajesh Dhaktode has 30 years business management experience. He started his journey as a Chef and later as a Chef Manager. He joined International Cruise liners and  was in Operations and HR Department managing Recruitment, Scheduling Rotations for cruise liners. For 12 years.

He later moved to core HR operations in India and had rich experience in setting up HRD departments in Hotels, Restaurants, Airport Service, Casinos and QSR for almost 15 years. He left Adlabs Entertainment limited, company which runs Theme park – Imagica, Waterpark -Aquamagica, and Novotel five star Hotel in 2016 January as a Vice President HRD to start is entrepreneurship journey.

Presently he is Director in few noted Hospitality companies. His passion is education and skill training for which he is known for. He has guided many students and shaped professionals careeer. He is also a writer with book named #gethired to his credit available on Amazon.
