  1. Hospitality Worldwide (“Our”, “Us”, “We”, “Website”, “Site”) Website is a platform who want to expand their network, educate, attend webinars related to hospitality management.

The expressions “You”, “Your” or “User”, whenever the context so requires, for the purposes of this Privacy Policy, shall mean any natural or legal person who may create by registration, membership account on this Website or agree to avail Our Services through this Website, or otherwise access Our Website.

However, Hospitality Worldwide reserves the right to disregard such request in case (i) it is necessary for entering into, or performance of, a contract between the data owner and a data controller, or (ii) Hospitality Worldwide is authorized by the relevant country to which the Data Controller is subject to and which lays down suitable measures to safeguard the data owner’s rights and freedoms and legitimate interests; or (iii) is based on the data owner’s explicit consent.
    10. You have the right to withdraw your consent about your processed data. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before your withdrawal. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products or services which require the collection, use, process of and other activities related to the Personal Data. Many of these rights can be exercised by signing in into the system and directly updating your account information. These rights can only be implemented if you use the Services and your personal data is processed.       2. You also have a Right Not to be Discriminated Against for exercising your CCPA rights. You do not need to request this right, this is a right we will always give you in regard to any CCPA rights request.

      4. We reserve the right to use a third party to verify your identity and this third party may require additional information for verification purposes. The data you provide will only be used to fulfill your CCPA request.

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION 
    1. In the event that the Parties are unable to amicably resolve a dispute by mediation, said dispute will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Company, and the award passed by such sole arbitrator will be valid and binding on both Parties. The Parties shall bear their own costs for the proceedings, although the sole arbitrator may, in his/her sole discretion, direct either Party to bear the entire cost of the proceedings. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of Arbitration shall be in CANADA, ALBERTA.
    1. The Parties expressly agree that the Terms, Policy and any other agreements entered into between the Parties are governed by the laws, rules, and regulations of Canada, Alberta, and that the Courts at CANADA, ALBERTA shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the Parties.
